Organizations and members
Account › Organizations. Each organization is a team. Everyone in it can work in that team’s Spaces.

A member is a content collaborator. An admin can wire the business. Only the owner can delete a Space or make someone else an owner.
Screens a member cannot change still appear. Save, Connect, and Delete stay visible and are disabled, with a short reason.
Members
Section titled “Members”Open an organization, then Members. The list shows everyone with access, their role, and pending invitations.
Add member is a separate page. Invite someone who already has a Rubikc login, or create a new login for them. Invitations that have not been accepted are listed on the members page so you can tell “they have not got round to it” from “I never sent it”.
Only owners and admins can add members. They can resend a pending invitation email, copy an accept link, and cancel an invitation that has not been accepted yet. The copied link lets someone without a Rubikc login create an account. If a link cannot create an account, resend the email or copy a new one.
Change role opens a dialog of the roles you are allowed to assign. Remove asks for confirmation before they lose access.
Owners and admins can also Edit the organization’s name. Only the owner can delete it.
Accepting an invitation
Section titled “Accepting an invitation”If you have been invited, open the link in the invitation email. You can decline it too. Pending invitations also appear under Account › Invitations, where you can accept or decline them.
If you already have a Rubikc login, sign in with the email the invitation was sent to, then accept. If you do not, create the account from the invitation email or from a link an owner or admin copied. Rubikc then emails you a link to choose a password. After that, sign in and accept. If the link will not let you create an account, ask the person who invited you to resend the email or copy a new link.
If you are already signed in as someone else, you will see that you are not the recipient. Go to login signs you out so you can sign in with the invited email.
Removing access
Section titled “Removing access”Remove a member and their access ends immediately. That includes any agent they connected — it can no longer see or change your Spaces. Content they created stays where it is.
To leave an organization yourself, choose Leave on your own row in Members. Any role can leave except the owner — make someone else the owner first. Your access, and any agent you connected, ends immediately.
