Every webhook Rubikc has received — most often Shopify telling Rubikc that something changed.

Reading the log

Each row shows the topic, event type, status, when it was received and processed, and any error. Filter by status: Pending, Processing, Completed, Failed or Skipped. Open a row for its details.

When this is useful

When a change in Shopify has not shown up in Rubikc and you want to know whether the notification arrived at all. That distinguishes “Shopify never told us” from “we were told and something went wrong”, which are different problems.
