Webhook logs
A record of webhook traffic between Rubikc and connected systems — most often Shopify telling Rubikc that something changed.
Reading the log
Section titled “Reading the log”Each entry shows what arrived or was sent, when, and whether it succeeded.
When this is useful
Section titled “When this is useful”When a change in Shopify has not shown up in Rubikc and you want to know whether the notification arrived at all. That distinguishes “Shopify never told us” from “we were told and something went wrong”, which are different problems.
Retrying
Section titled “Retrying”Failed webhooks can be retried. If a retry succeeds, the original failure was probably transient. If it fails the same way, the cause is still there.
