Structures

A Structure is a group of cubes — the closest thing Rubikc has to a collection.

Every Structure in your Space.

Name the Structure and choose which cubes belong to it. A cube can be in more than one — nothing stops a product being in both “New in” and “Sale”.

Separate from adding cubes. Every Structure has its own feed, and pinning fixes a cube at the start of it — for the hero product of a category, or this week’s arrival within it.

A pinned cube still has to be in the Structure. Pinning here affects that Structure’s feed only, not the home feed.

Opening a Structure on your storefront gives a feed that starts with its cubes, in the order you set, and then continues into the home feed once they run out. People are not returned anywhere and do not reach a dead end.

See How feeds work.

They can be pointed at from Navigation, and used to group cubes on your storefront. Cubes show which Structures they belong to in the cube list.

Shopify collections can come across as Structures when you import. See Turn Sources into Cubes.
