Add your domain

Add it

1. Open Settings › Domain.

2. Under Custom Domains, enter the subdomain you want — for example www.yourstore.com.

3. Choose Add domain.

Rubikc registers the domain and shows it in the list with its DNS instructions underneath.

What you get immediately

Only the first of the three records is available right away — the hostname CNAME pointing at saas.rubikc.net.

The other two are generated by the certificate provider and are not there yet.

This is the step people miss

After adding the domain, choose Check. That fetches the remaining two records — the ownership TXT and the certificate validation CNAME — and shows them on screen.

Until you do that, the instructions will say those details are not available yet. That is expected, not an error.

Then

With all three records on screen, go and add them at your DNS provider.
