Feed debug

Feed debug may not be available on every account.

There is no single Feed order — each shopper’s feed is ranked for them. Feed Debug shows how the feed would be ranked for one shopper: enter their Client User ID, optionally a Structure or the home feed, and see the score behind each cube.

When it is useful

When a cube you expected to perform is buried, or a cube you did not expect is at the top, and you want to know why before changing anything.

Reading it

The ranking responds to how people actually behave, so an unexpected order is often correct rather than broken. Check this before pinning your way around something — a pin overrides ranking until you remove it, and the ranking may be right.
