Blocks tab
Everything you have made for this cube — written by hand, imported, or generated. Nothing here is on your storefront just because it exists; it has to be on a Version and published.
The columns
Section titled “The columns”| Column | Shows |

| Source | Where it came from — written by hand, generated, or imported |
| Language | Which language it is for, or All |
| Last Updated and Last edited by | Who changed it, and when |
| In version | Which versions this block is on |
| Position | Where it sits on each of those versions, such as English #2. #1 is the first block |
In version is the quick answer to “is this block actually in use”. A block on no version shows Invisible — nobody can see it. Position shows a dash for that block.
Publish labels
Section titled “Publish labels”Each row is labelled, and coloured as well:

| Edited since publish | Yellow | Published before, but edited since. Customers see the older content. |
| Live | No colour | Published, with no edits since. |
The Versions tab shows a warning icon next to Edit on cards that are not live. Live cards are unmarked.
Block types
Section titled “Block types”Add Block offers main feed item, text, image, video, gallery, accordion, quote, YouTube, TikTok, iframe, newsletter, form, product features, Judge.me reviews, cube promotion, cube preview and more, plus Copy from Cube. See Write and edit blocks for what they are for.
Working with blocks
Section titled “Working with blocks”Blocks can be filtered by language or by type. Language helps once you support several. Type, such as main feed item, narrows the list so those blocks can be edited together. Select a row to edit that block. Delete block asks you to confirm before the block is removed. Tick several to Publish Selected, Delete Selected, or Edit settings together. Edit settings needs blocks of the same type. On image blocks and main feed items it can replace the picture. | Save without publishing | Keeps your work. Customers do not see it yet. |
| Publish | Makes the block’s content visible. |
| Copy without publishing | Makes a copy of the block as a new draft. |
| Block history → Restore as draft | Makes an earlier draft the current one. Does not publish. |
| Promote to shared block | Moves the block into Shared blocks and uses the shared copy on this cube’s versions. See Shared blocks. |
| Delete block | Removes the block from this cube after you confirm. |
