Blocks tab
Everything you have made for this cube — written by hand, imported, or generated. Nothing here is on your storefront just because it exists; it has to be on a Version and published.
The columns
Section titled “The columns”| Column | Shows |

| Language | Which language it is for, or All |
| Last Updated and Last edited by | Who changed it, and when |

In version is the quick answer to “is this block actually in use”. Empty means it is not on any version, so nobody can see it.
Publish labels
Section titled “Publish labels”Each row is labelled, and coloured as well:

| Unpublished | Grey | Never published. Not visible to anyone. |
| Edited since publish | Yellow | Published before, but edited since. Customers see the older content. |
| Live | No colour | Published, with no edits since. |
The Versions tab shows a warning icon next to Edit on cards that are not live. Live cards are unmarked.
Block types
Section titled “Block types”Image, text, video, gallery, quote, YouTube, TikTok, social, newsletter, form, survey, add to cart, product features, reviews, cube promotion, custom feed, suggestions and more. What is available depends on the cube.
Working with blocks
Section titled “Working with blocks”Create, edit, duplicate without publishing, and delete. Blocks can be filtered by language, which is useful once you support several.
Block history opens earlier drafts of that block. Restore as draft makes the one you pick the current draft; it does not publish. Linked or shared blocks cannot be restored from this cube.
Save without publishing keeps your work. Publish makes it visible. They are separate actions.
Where blocks come from
Section titled “Where blocks come from”A block records its source — written manually, generated, or imported from Shopify, Instagram, Google Drive or another connected system. That is useful when you are working out why something looks the way it does.
