Sync logs

A record of every sync: what was requested, what came back, and what failed.

Reading a log

Each entry covers one sync run — which integration, when, how much was pulled, and any errors.

Common failures

• Authentication expired. The connection needs re-authorising. See Integrations.
• Rate limiting. The source system throttled the request. Usually resolves by itself on the next run.
• Partial sync. Some items came across and others did not. The log shows which.

After a failure

Fix the cause, then run the sync again. A sync only brings data in, so re-running one is safe.
