Production URL

Which address your storefront is actually served from. Adding a custom domain does not change this on its own — set it once your domain has verified.

Your default address is <your-space>.customers.rubikc.com.

Custom Domains

Add a domain here, as a subdomain such as www.yourstore.com. The apex works only on providers supporting ALIAS or ANAME records and is not recommended.

Each domain in the list shows:

Status	Overall state of the domain
SSL status	Whether a certificate has been issued — separate from DNS, and follows it
Last checked	When Rubikc last looked
Verification errors	The specific failure, when there is one

DNS records

Each domain shows the three records it needs, with copy buttons and an individual status:

1. Hostname CNAME — points the domain at saas.rubikc.net
2. Domain ownership TXT — proves the domain is yours
3. Certificate validation CNAME — issues and renews the certificate

Records 2 and 3 are fetched from the certificate provider, so they are not shown until you choose Check.

Per-record status is Not checked, Matches, Wrong value, Not found, or Lookup error.

Caution

All three records are permanent. The certificate validation CNAME in particular must stay in place — it is how renewal works, so removing it breaks the domain weeks or months later.

Check

Looks up your records from Cloudflare and Rubikc’s DNS servers, and fetches the ownership and certificate details if they are not already shown.
