Connect an integration
Connecting is a one-time step per system, done from Settings › Integrations. It moves no data — that is the sync.
Four kinds of system

Catalogue systems
Section titled “Catalogue systems”Shopify, Bókun, WooCommerce, Stripe.
These hold things you sell, and material from them becomes cubes — a cube per product, with a Feed card and detail behind it.
A Bókun experience’s Feed card shows where it takes place and how long it lasts above the title, and its price as a starting price, such as “From €140”.
Shopify is the one nearly everyone uses, and it is normally connected already by the time you reach Admin. It brings in collections, pages and blog posts as well as products, and a collection can become a Structure.
Media systems
Section titled “Media systems”Instagram, Google Drive, Cevoid.
These hold images and video rather than products. Material from Instagram and Google Drive is saved to Files, and can be added to cubes you already have. An approved Cevoid post can become a cube of its own.
Websites
Section titled “Websites”WordPress.
Published posts and pages become cubes. Each starts with a Feed card from the title, the excerpt and the featured image, then the post as blocks, including its text, images and videos. Products in your Space that the post links to are shown at the end. Pages are left out of the home feed.
Before you transform, you choose how the text is divided: a new block at each heading, blocks short enough to read without Read more, or all the text in one block. Contact forms, shortcodes and lists that WordPress builds on the fly, such as latest posts, are not brought in.
Review systems
Section titled “Review systems”Judge.me, Trustpilot.
These hold reviews. Reviews are added to the product cubes you already have rather than creating cubes of their own.
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”Open Settings › Integrations, choose Browse integrations, and pick the system. How you connect depends on the system:
- Approve access in that system, then come back to Rubikc — Instagram and Bókun work this way.
- Paste a key or token from that system — Cevoid, WooCommerce, Stripe, Judge.me and Trustpilot work this way. Cevoid also lets you choose a gallery, labels or market.
- Sign in with an application password — for WordPress, enter your site address, a username and an application password. Create the password in WordPress under Users › Profile › Application Passwords, signed in as an Editor or Administrator. It is not your login password, and Rubikc only reads your posts, pages and media with it.
- Share a folder — for Google Drive, share the folder with the email address Rubikc shows you, as a Viewer, then paste the folder link. Rubikc sees only the folders you share.
If authorisation does not finish, Integrations shows the error and the system stays disconnected. Sync is only available after a successful connection.
Only an owner or admin can connect a system.
If a connection stops working
Section titled “If a connection stops working”Authorisation expires, and access can be revoked in the source system. The symptom is usually syncs failing rather than an obvious error.
Check Sync logs for what failed, then re-authorise the connection from Integrations.
