Cubes

Every cube in your Space. Sort and filter it to find what you need — by type, by tag, by structure membership, by publish state.

Open a cube by clicking its name. Clicking the rest of the row selects it for a bulk action instead of opening it. Hold Shift and click another row or checkbox to select every cube between that click and the one you last selected.

Type, structure, and tag pills in the list also filter it. Click the same pill again to clear that filter.

Bulk actions let you apply a change across several cubes at once. Check the result on one before doing it to fifty.

Flags anything about a cube that needs attention, so you can spot problems across your whole Space without opening each one.

Badge Meaning
Draft cube The cube itself is a draft — it is off the storefront until you uncheck Draft cube in Settings
Drafts The cube has block edits that have not been published
Unpublished view A version exists whose blocks are not published — shoppers see older published content, or the default-language version if they open that cube
Empty order A version with nothing on it — opening that cube shows the default-language version
Excluded The cube is kept out of the Feed
Nothing pending

Unpublished view is the one to act on. It is the case where a cube looks correctly set up but is not actually showing what you think.

Each row carries a star rating from one to five, which you can set directly in the list. It tells the feed ranking that a cube matters more than its neighbours. Clicking the same star again clears it, and home cubes cannot be rated. See What decides the order.

Cubes come in three types:

Type For
Product Something you sell. Keeps an add-to-cart control on its Feed card.
Home The landing surface of your Space.
General Pages, stories, lookbooks, campaigns.

The type affects how the cube behaves on your storefront, so set it correctly when you create it.

Opening a cube gives you a set of tabs:

Blocks Blocks tab
Versions Versions tab

Title, handle, type, Draft cube / feed exclusion, tags and relations to other cubes. Relations can be cross-sell, up-sell or comparison, and drive suggestions on your storefront.
