Surveys

Open Surveys in the sidebar. A survey is a block you can put on any cube.

Every survey in your Space, with its responses. Filter by status to see which are active.

Write your question and choose how people answer:

Format For
Multiple Choice Pick from a set of answers
Slider A value on a scale
Text Input Free response

Add follow-up adds another step, which can be shown only for certain answers. Follow-ups use the survey’s styling.

Post-answer Text is what the card shows after someone answers. It stays until they swipe on, and they are not asked that survey again.

Form styling sets the text colour, button colours, and background for every question. A question can override those. Use form default follows the form again. Choice buttons use the form button colours unless that choice sets its own.

Under Translations, write the survey in each of your languages. Where a translation is missing, Fallback when a translation is missing decides what shoppers see.

Only Active surveys appear on your storefront.

Add it from the Surveys group in the block library on a cube’s Versions tab, and save the version. Surveys have no publish step — being Active is what makes them live.

A survey’s page shows Survey Results for the first question. Each multiple-choice follow-up has its own graph under that. Slider and text follow-ups show how many people answered, and a slider also shows the average. Individual Responses lists every answer, including follow-ups. The more useful view is Audience › Surveys in Analytics, which compares what people did after answering — whether an answer predicts anything about buying.
